Ticket terms & platform fee

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by its organizer. Lead City Life charges a 5% platform fee on paid ticket sales, deducted from the organizer's payout. Your ticket's QR/verification code is unique to you — do not share it. Entry may be refused for an invalid, already-used, or voided ticket. Event details (date, time, venue) are set by the organizer and may change — check your ticket for the latest information.
